Princess Pavilion is a multi use venue with theatre, gardens, Bar and Bistro. It is a regional venue for music, comedy and drama attracting national and international acts.
Princess Pavilion and Gyllyngdune Gardens have a long and interesting history and is key to the local community hosting events and activities all year round. A popular destination with locals and visitors alike for food and drink, wander round the gardens or a coffee in the sunshine.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Chef to join the team at Princess Pavilion in Falmouth
The catering and events team at Falmouth pride themselves on delivering an effective and efficient service with high levels of quality service by way of preparation, serving and delivery of fresh food and drinks, so you'll need to be just as passionate as they are.
You will be expected to prepare, produce and serve food for visitors and staff in a clean environment and to a high standard of hygiene which meets the criteria set out in Health and Safety regulations. You will be expected to assist provision of an effective & profitable retail catering operation that provides an excellent customer service for all users.
Ideally, you will have previous experience working as an Assistant Chef with good customer care skills.
A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is essential as is the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen and restaurant environment.
